Thank you, weed

Have you ever had a bad experience smoking weed, or woken up rough with a weed hangover?  Ever go through a really tough whatever, and then find a nice joint and found it somehow made miserable almost bearable? Ever find the resources you needed to finish a task right there in a little sativa? Well, let me tell you... I have. Sure enough. And, much to my mother's disdain, my lifelong relationship with weed, cannabis, whatever you call it, has kept me away from many, many brushes with doctors offering me maintenance drugs or Xanax or drugs that were new and unproven at best.

Marijuana has been there with me for over 50 years now, and I'm doing pretty darn good. Good enough to bring you a bunch of rockin', fun, cannabis friendly vacations!

At 65 (yep), I'm not taking any pharmaceuticals. Nothing. I feel great, have vitality. I'm not a gym person, but I try to stay active (and I'm going, as soon as the snow melts!). I enjoy some cannabis generally daily at home, and do incorporate it in to exercise and activities. It helps my focus. Edibles help with the infrequent aches and pains, or when my back gets torqued and I just need to turn to jello.

I'm loving what I'm reading about other natural health offerings. While researching locations for vacations, I've visited locations practicing an assortment of techniques. (Here's where I tell you micro-dosing mushroom tea is quite delightful and I really recommend it. It's uplifting and lovely, but not trippy. If you drink a few cups or eat a delicious dark chocolate and sea salt mushroom infused chocolate you "may" up the trippy, lol... or so I hear...). All natural. The work being done, the lives being saved, through mushroom therapy for our veterans is beyond heartwarming, and mushrooms, as well as other barks and herbs, are being used successfully for addiction treatment and cures. Yep. And I am finding out about all of it because... I like to put together weed friendly vacations. Which I love doing. So...

Thank YOU, and...

Thank you, weed.
