The difference between knowing a law and knowing where you'll be accepted, served, and welcomed is totally the difference between having, at best, an ok week away, and having a great, relaxed, no stress, and non-offending vacation. By non offending, not only am I talking about offending laws or those who enforce them, but also not offending cultural norms in a new and rapidly changing, cannabis friendly world.
I recall thinking the Netherlands was just great because you could smoke anywhere and anytime and it was legal. Well guess what- I learned 2 things. One, know who you are traveling with. There's some real animals and assholes out there. And 2, it's totally frowned on, my travel partner had no couth whatsoever, and it's always best to err on the side of caution.
Anyway, honestly... I can't imagine too many people who don't want to also enjoy a bunch of other cool stuff on vacation other than great bud. Things like snorkeling, or fishing, or museums. Beach eats and fun. Flip over to snowmobiling. Or horseback riding. The Mayan culture. Or maybe setting course to discover every single canal possible in the Netherlands. (It would take a while, but it would be worth it!). There's a world full of wonderful things to discover, and some folks just prefer cannabis over alcohol. So, here we are. Others want to know more about legit wellness modalities, as well as treatments for things like PTSD and addiction. Again, here we are.
While many of these things may be technically legal, it pays to plan through someone who's actually been there, done that. And, because we're actually travel agents, our services don't cost you a dime. The resorts and providers pay us. You get unique vacation packages, you get the opportunity to work with travel agents you know are 420 friendly and know how to travel safely, as well as how to get the best quality, safe bud and plant based wellness products.
So, legal, yes...but...
It's always best to let the pros help.
