Psilocybin therapy is much more prevalent than most of us realize. Mushrooms have been used for thousands of years, medicinally, in religious settings, and recreationally. In fact, in some cultures, micro-dosing is widely accepted. And it feels great Kind of like nature's equivalent to a Xanax. With no physical addiction issues or withdrawals.
